Movie description: Rachel shows up at her new neighbor Justin's house to talk to him about a hardly any community issues. That sweetheart says a guy has been exposing himself to ladies in the neighborhood, so she wants him to sign a petition to have security cameras installed in the area. When Justin tells her this guy doesn'tcraveto get involved in that, she tells him to pull out his ramrod so she can make sure that guy s not the flasher.
