Movie description: Nicki keeps having problems with a leaking sink in her apartment. That playgirl can't concentrate with dripping water in the background. Her landlord, Nikki, has been entirely unsympathetic. When Nikki pays Nicki a visit and starts blaming her for the gushing pipe, Nicki gives her a lesson in plumbing.
