Movie description: When Cytherea finds out that her neighbor Bill is having a yard sale at his house, she's hoping to sell some of her things there since she can't have a sale at her apartment. Bill tells her that renting a parcel of his yard for the sale isn't going to be cheap, so this boy could just take a percentage of her sales.
