Movie description: Young billy likes getting his physical at the local doctors office, mrs. Fortunate Starr, his depraved nurse, loves it when billy comes in every year. Billy has a giant knob, and mrs. Starr is always willing to milk him dry. But this time, young mikey hasn't busted his nut on weeks and spurts all over her face.
