Movie description: Katana Kombat is a sexy and successful real estate agent trying to sell a house. What should be an easy sale is repeatedly ruined by troublemaker Johnny The Kid, who scares off Katana's client with a series of pranks. Johnny gets a little too cocky for his own good and ends up getting caught by Katana.
